In light of the new documents released by the House yesterday, we’ve updated our timeline of records from late March 2019 — when Lev Parnas was communicating about Amb. Yovanovitch and Secretary Mike Pompeo had phone calls with Rudy Giuliani. (new thread)
On March 23, the day that Parnas exchanged messages with Trump donor Robert Hyde that suggest Yovanovitch was being surveilled, Giuliani associate Victoria Toensing had messaged Parnas, “Is the Wicket Witch gone?” 
In June, Toensing’s son, Brady Toensing, joined the DOJ as senior counsel in the Office of Legal Policy after decades spent at his family’s firm. We’ve filed FOIA requests for his communications and calendars: americanoversight.org/documents?fwp_…
(In the House’s record release, Parnas’s messages with Victoria Toensing jump from May to July, with a large redaction in between.)
On March 24, Parnas also sent the article tweeted by Donald Trump Jr. to Republican donor Harry Sargeant III, with the message “Believe me she is gondo”
That same day, Parnas texted Toensing about a White House meeting, presumably with Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow. “With Rudy and jay can’t talk will call you shortly. On our way to White House.”
Two days later, on March 26, call logs we obtained show that Giuliani spoke with Secretary of State Pompeo. And the next day, Giuliani’s assistant contacted Trump’s Oval Office secretary asking for help getting in touch with Pompeo.
