There’s an interesting period in the Parnas messages where two things are linked.
One is the effort to oust Ambassador Yovanovitch. The other is a proposed deal in which Giuliani and Victoria Toensing would legally represent Ukrainian officials or the ministry of justice.

The NYT previously reported on how, during this period, Giuliani drew up papers for various versions of this deal, involving him, diGenova and Toensing, representing either prosecutor general Yuriy Lutsenko or the Ukrainian Justice Ministry. For $200-300K

At the same time, Toensing appears to be pressing Giuliani on getting Trump to get rid of Yovanovitch.

The texts can be read as suggesting they have to get Yovanovitch fired before the Ukrainian officials agree to retain them (for $200K-300K... and, probably, Biden dirt)
