Curious where politicians landed on that "surprise billing" debate?

@politico Notably, this is a shift away from the preferred approach of health insurers (preserving the status quo), and toward a model that won't solve this issue -- but would at least force insurers to continue to seek a lower price, instead of simply sticking patients with the bill.
@politico Perhaps most notably: Reps. Richard Neals and Kevin Brady, the politicians pushing for this outside mediation to reduce "surprise billing," are favorites of insurers.
