1. IMO there's absolutely nothing to stop @ManhattanDA from indicting @POTUS @RealDonaldTrump this coming week. The stay in the appeal of the 2nd Cir involves #Mazars only vis-a-vis Vance. He's almost certainly got Trump family and business taxes from @NewYorkStateAG.
2. If Vance has a case that will expose the Trump/Putin business connection in the indictment he should seek a vote at the grand jury & if a true bill, file an unsealed indictment that will expose Trump is a Russian mobster. Do it now.
3. US attorney in SDNY is active in cases like Parnas and Edwards, he should be recused in. He's Giuliani's former law partner. Barr can block these cases to help Trump. NY must indict Trump. @SDNYnews is compromised. They watched Epstein be murdered and did nothing. @NewYorkFBI

1. Trump's NYC world likely made him comfortable with Russian Jews. If I were profiling someone to recruit Trump, Lev & Igor might be perfect. So was this Firtash hooking him ostensibly for a privatization deal? Was that the objective or just the dangle?
2. What I want to know is how it got from the Lev and Igor stated objective to buy an energy company to the Giuliani #drugdeal? What I'd look for is evidence that political advisers got the Biden idea and then recruited Lev and Igor to do the leg work for their own corrupt deal.
3. Or did it come from the Kremlin? My initial thought was that the Kremlin determined the attack on Biden for his son would work. They picked his son after he'd just lost one. That's very much KGB style psyops. Pure evil. But cleaver. Bidon will be working from emotion.

1. So it appears Fruman released the video. The way Parnas' attorney spoke of this it sounded like he couldn't release it from material under the protective order so he looked and found it on his cloud service so he could release it. But Fruman already did I think.
2. So does that mean Fruman had permission to release it? I don't see anything in the docket that he got an order. So did he have it on the cloud too? My first thought about this was that it was a deleted file the FBI recovered. But what I learned from poking around yesterday
3. has me wondering. Fruman and Paul Manafort have the same criminal defense counsel. So is Fruman doing this to advance the conspiracy somehow. If not, he and Manfort should be somewhat aligned to have concurrent counsel in a similar matter. Did Fruman and Manfort flip?
