1. So it appears Fruman released the video. The way Parnas' attorney spoke of this it sounded like he couldn't release it from material under the protective order so he looked and found it on his cloud service so he could release it. But Fruman already did I think.
2. So does that mean Fruman had permission to release it? I don't see anything in the docket that he got an order. So did he have it on the cloud too? My first thought about this was that it was a deleted file the FBI recovered. But what I learned from poking around yesterday
3. has me wondering. Fruman and Paul Manafort have the same criminal defense counsel. So is Fruman doing this to advance the conspiracy somehow. If not, he and Manfort should be somewhat aligned to have concurrent counsel in a similar matter. Did Fruman and Manfort flip?

6. At 40:00 he starts to talk about how long Ukraine could survive. It's possible that Parnas was actually running US policy. Not Trump. Not Giuliani. Parnas. Let that sink in. At 42:10 he turns on our Ambassador.
7. At about 45:00 Parnas pitches Trump on legal weed. Need to fix the banking problem.
8. So Parnas tries to sell Trump on weed. Get him to set up a commission. Parnas "I'm not involved in that business but I have a lot of friends that are." I think Parnas just burned the Canabis industry by linking it to the Russian mob.
9: 40:49 Parnas pitches Fruman and a guy name Brian on some energy company deal they are trying to buy a privatizing Ukraine company. And then goes into what sounds like putting a nuclear plant in Turkey.
10. So Panas, Fruman and a guy named Brian were pitching buying a Ukraine state owned company that was being privatized and it appears to also involved a Turkish nuclear plant. Now if they didn't have an AEC license that could be a federal crime and a statutory FISA trigger.
11. I've got a bout another 30 minutes to go. One thought. That open connection on a phone, unless very well encrypted, was likely intercepted by several intelligence services. Our folks could have gotten it from their surveillance of our adversaries and friends who watch Trump.

18. I think Fruman said to Trump, "All Jew people of Ukraine are praying for you." If it's Fruman he has very heavy Russian accent. I wonder if they speak Ukrainian? Ironic this will hurt Trump with his primary base: The Nazis.
19. At the end it sounds like Rick Perry presenting picture to Trump that they are all signing.

Pretty sure it was Rick Perry's contributor group. Lots of Texas energy folks. Fruman and Parnas were there for Weed investors, possibly Firtash, and to try to work on a corrupt deal to buy the Ukrainian energy company that was going to be privatized.

21. So they got Trump to fire her to help that deal. Sold Rudy it was good to go after Biden. But the deal was just corruption. Maybe that's going to be Trump's defense: That it wasn't done to fix the election. It was just normal Ukrainian corruption. So we're all good. 😎
