I know I sound like a broken record on this point, but I’ll repeat this as often as it needs repeating:
Previously, articles of impeachment were drawn up against presidents for their abuse of power (Nixon, Clinton) and for obstructing and defying Congress (Johnson, Nixon).

Maybe someone on @RepMikeJohnson’s staff can walk him through these prior instances of presidential impeachment on “abuse of power” charges.
Then read @RepMikeJohnson the third article against Nixon for having failed “without lawful cause or excuse to produce papers and things as directed by duly authorized subpoenas issued by the Committee on the Judiciary of the House ... and willfully disobeyed such subpoenas.”
