➡️ Democrats have stoked the fires of impeachment since President @realDonaldTrump was elected.

➡️ Democrats attempted to impeach President 3 times before their successful, partisan attempt.

➡️ W/ this current effort, Democrats completely ignored fairness, due process & truth.

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ Even though some warned against partisan impeachments, Democrats pursued impeachment of President @realDonaldTrump at all costs.

➡️ Adam Schiff manufactured a false retelling of the conversation between Presidents Trump & Zelensky to manipulate support for impeachment.

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ Adam Schiff held depositions of his chosen witnesses in his secret bunker, ensuring that the American people, the media, & most Members of Congress could not participate.

➡️ Leaks from those proceedings flowed almost every day, helping to control the narrative.

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ Adam Schiff shut the President's counsel out of these secret proceedings.

➡️ When he emerged for several public hearings before the Intel Committee, Schiff blocked GOP witnesses, shut down certain GOP questions, & refused to allow participation of the President's counsel

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ Most of Adam Schiff's witnesses had no firsthand knowledge of this so-called scheme, and most were not fact witnesses.

➡️ Many of Schiff's witnesses testified to hearsay, presumptions, and policy disputes between President @realDonaldTrump and career bureaucrats.

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ The House Judiciary Committee, historically the committee of jurisdiction over impeachment, scheduled the next round of hearings before even receiving the report from the House Intelligence Committee.

➡️ Judiciary Democrats would not let the President call his own witnesses.

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ In the first Judiciary hearing, Democrats called 3 law professors - all of whom had demonstrated some sort of bias towards President @realDonaldTrump.

➡️ During the hearing, one of the law professors viciously attacked the Trump's youngest son: washex.am/3b9l3do

@realDonaldTrump ➡️ Democrats would only allow @JudiciaryGOP to call 1 law professor. The GOP called Jonathan Turley, who had not voted for President Trump in 2016.

➡️ Professor Turley warned Democrats against rushing their impeachment efforts, abusing their power, & having a very thin record.

@realDonaldTrump @JudiciaryGOP ➡️ Democrats held one more hearing in the House Judiciary Committee - this time to hear from a collection of staffers about the impeachment report.

➡️ Adam Schiff, the author of the House Intelligence Committee's impeachment report, did not testify before the committee.

@realDonaldTrump @JudiciaryGOP ➡️ Democrats drafted 2 Articles of Impeachment, then rushed through a mark-up to get the Articles to the House floor.

➡️ As w/ the vote to "retroactively" launch the impeachment inquiry, there was bipartisan opposition to the Articles of Impeachment. All GOP voted to oppose.

@realDonaldTrump @JudiciaryGOP ➡️ Throughout the entire process in the House, Democrats trampled over Republicans' Minority rights, rewrote House rules and precedent to ensure they reached their intended result, and made a mockery of due process, fairness, and truth.

@realDonaldTrump @JudiciaryGOP ➡️ After impeaching President @realDonaldTrump on two amorphous Articles of Impeachment and warning about his threat to national security, Speaker Pelosi held onto the Articles for almost a month while she attempted to leverage the Senate to adopt her wishes for a Senate trial.

@realDonaldTrump @JudiciaryGOP ➡️ Democrats proved they would say & do anything to impeach @realDonaldTrump.

➡️ They compromised all fairness, due process, & truth in their wake.

➡️ They divided the country w/ their relentless scheme against America's duly elected president.

Time to vote.
