See how that works. The scandal was a distraction from the fact that PPSC has been underfunded since Harper years. Incapable of adequate preparation to bring cases to trial. Jordan’s Decision is a direct result of the PPSC and prosecution incapacity.
PPSC doesn’t have adequate staff, talent or budget because Harper gutted the department after SNC details began to trickle out in 2010. He also gutted the RCMP investigative capacity during the same time frame.
