Sorry, the example of the breaks is an extreme case, it wouldn’t happen to each break. The caucus will start at 7 p.m. local time. So the maximum time you might spend there is the whole evening, not the whole day. Please arrive before 7 pm (e.g. 6:30 or 6:45; just don’t be late)
