The #Malawi Judgement so far shows that the modus operandi of rigging of elections across Africa is almost identical. Again Dubai #UAE seems to always play a major role especially in the printing of ballots & other documents. The errors arising from poor quality docs seem willful

It would look like the poor quality papers are primed to suffer damage - which then provides the cover to use duplicates or alternatives not allowed by law. The countries seem to learn from each other the WORST practices.

As in all cases the fraudsters allow & even display the orderly queues where citizens vote without intimidation or violence. International observers see this & sign their pre-written reports & to the game parks to see wildlife. They get called to flee when violence breaks out

The real fraud begins @ counting ~5% then at tallying ~45% & finally transmission & final tallying of the results at the headquarters ~50%
Again the #SecretPolice appear to play a major role in all the fraudulent activities. Televised display of fake results all day is a must

These countries wage a massive psychological war on citizens. The constant updates on TV composed entirely of fake results are part of the smoke & mirrors delusion intended to systematically cement the view of the right candidate winning & to elicit a faint accompli in the voters

The broadcast "results" are later shamelessly disowned. Previously they let the Opposition appear to win with an insurmountable lead only for the incumbent or right party to overtake & win. That appears to have been uniformly discarded across Africa: Learned from WORST practices

Apart from a few states, all have robust electoral laws underpinned by Supreme Court precedents. So how do they rig? By brazen law breaking covered by excuses. The most common is to claim "backwardness but no ill intent:. This lands well on fertile Western prejudiced fields.

In other words, they say: we are still in the primitive age; we are not evil. Hell we are too stupid to cheat!
