Does it bother you in the least that policemen defile children who seek shelter, refuge or otherwise find themselves in your police stations? Once is an aberration but it's too frequent

In this case as in many others a child found herself at a police station for one reason or another. She's locked up in a cell & later mercilessly defiled by a policeman. Doesn't every police station have Child Protection & Minor incarceration facilities?
