2. Macharia's SST won a Sh4.9B HCIT tender (Big Faux - UHC) but did not have the capital to implement the project besides an alleged Sh650M. That it needed a GoK Letter of Support to unlock Sh1.8B from a local bank? You mean SST could not borrow on its own recognizance or equity?
3. If CS Kariuki & PS Mochache say that the GoK Letter of Support was not part of the tender agreement, then Senator @FatumaDullo's team should probe Macharia & Muraguri. IF full penalties apply, Macharia's SST could walk away with Sh3.84B of our 💵💵!
