This is so upsetting on so many levels. I am awed by the bravery of these women. It is so difficult to call out a very powerful judge whether that’s Kozinski or Reinhardt.

And I knew @LeahLitman was brave in calling out Judge Kozinski’s harassing conduct. The idea that Judge Reinhardt would retaliate in protection of his friend Kozinski by going after Leah’s (extremely impressive) intellect is beyond appalling.
Some people reveling in this because Judge Reinhardt was an outspoken liberal. Well Kozinski was an outspoken libertarian/conservative. This is not about ideology. It is about human decency and respect.

We have barely heard from most Kozinski clerks, now a few years after everything came to light.
