The 12 districts with the lowest share of citizens has roughly the same population of voting-age citizens as the 9 districts with the highest citizen shares.

This means Americans in the high-citizen districts have only 9 representatives in Congress while those in the lowest-citizenship districts have 12, even though the combined populations of citizens are roughly equal.

Districts with large non-citizen shares of the population tend to vote overwhelmingly Democratic, while high-citizenship districts lean strongly Republican, but not as strongly as non-citizen heavy districts vote Democratic.

Acting Secretary of DHS Chad Wolf announced on Wednesday the termination of eligibility for enrollment and re-enrollment in Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) for residents of New York.

Removal proceedings for respondents subject to MPP are conducted in prefabricated buildings with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning — not tents.

The BIA just issued a decision holding that respondents subject to MPP who have received notice of their hearings, fail to appear, and are removable should be ordered removed in absentia.

It appears that many respondents subject to MPP are not appearing for court, and some are reentering illegally. EOIR should publish statistics on the number of those aliens who fail to appear.

The State Department has announced new rules to address birth tourism, which is the controversial practice of entering the United States to give birth so that the child will acquire U.S. citizenship.

Obviously, we should seek opportunities in individual #2020House districts in which there is not incumbent, or in which the incumbent is personally vulnerable.
But I suggest that we look at the idea of swing districts (and swing states) differently. Looking at 41 seats we gained in 2018, a few may have been because of individual vulnerability.
But overall, it shows a clear pattern – the denser (urban) a suburb, the more likely it was to swing. After 2018, you can see the variation among the districts:

I wish the problem was as simple as a generational detour. It seems that the disruptive powers within our nation realized toying with groups based on generational boundaries tended to be less stickie. A generation is approximately 20 years.
There are always several generations that represent blocks of power within our political process. This means that playing games by generations would limit the effect to a quarter or a third of the total population of voting age people.
The problem we are seeing is rooted in media. We have never experienced an attempt to overthrow a sitting president. I suspect that the most simular scenario to what is being perpetrated upon the US would be the Arab spring.

The Wall Street Journal points out that because of illegal immigration and the drop in the birth rate of the native born, the share of the workers in our economy who were not born here (17.5%) has reached its highest level in decades.
The bottom line is that America is already starting to run out of Americans. What's the solution? As always, it's found in Scripture. God says in Genesis 1:28 that we are to "be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth." He's never changed his mind about that.

One thing the electoral college does do, mathematically, indisputably, is give greater power to an individual voter in a state with a higher share of nonvoters.
7% of the national population are not citizens.

13 states + DC have higher than average non-citizen shares.

At the top, 13% of Californians are not citizens. (The share of adults who are not citizens is likely higher.)

Toward the bottom, 2% of Ohioans are not citizens.

All things being equal, a California voter counts for ~1.13 Ohio voters.
