Does the international community know how compromised the higher judiciary is in India? Right from 370+ detentions to Ayodhya, to detentions, to CAA & the bail given to mass murderers of Gujarat? The world needs to know that law & order has essentially collapsed in India
CAA is important of course, but the international community not only needs to know that law and order machinery has gone defunct under the regime, but also the state brutality, unleashed on minors in the wake of 370 and CAA, sedition charges and mollycoddling of mass murderers
I wonder how they can even think of investing in a country where there is no rule of law anymore, and judgements are based on the mood of those in power
