War began after GHQ was convinced its nukes had blunted India’s conventional military superiority post Brasstacks. One terror attack led to another. Hence, Nuclear Weapons Enabled Terrorism (NWET) coined by @TheUdayB- which paralysed Natnl Security apparatus in Delhi.
