@WhoWouldWin13 Goliath does have a flight advantage, which is going to, on first look, pose a serious problem for Lion-O, who is used to fighting opponents on the ground. Goliath could potentially grab huge objects or bladed weapons, fly up and then drop them on Lion-O.

And let's not forget Lion-O's sword, which will not oncly cut through Goliath's fangs and claws with ease, but will give him ESP ("Sight beyond Sight"), thus rendering him almost impossible to surprise in battles. And let's also not forget the other powers of

@WhoWouldWin13 the Eye of Thundera on that sword, which can shoot energy beams and is said by some to have unlimited power (though this does not equate to Lion-O having omnipotence while using the sword. Its just that an enormous, perhaps infinite amount of mega power is in the Eye of

Goliath is a great warrior, but he is definitely outclassed be feline-esque bodybuilding barbarian!!
