1. This New York Post column is one of the most widely shared pieces about the coronavirus.

It has been shared 80K times on Facebook and 8K times on Twitter.

It has been promoted by a US Senator.

And it's complete quackery.

2. The author, Stephen Mosher, has no medical expertise. He is the president of the Population Research Institute, an organization that opposes abortion AND contraception.

"Contraception facilitates the kind of relationship...and moral character... likely to lead to abortion."
3. Why is Mosher writing about the coronavirus? The New York Post article is a truncated version of a piece he published in The Epoch Times, a propaganda outlet linked to Falun Gong.

4. In Mosher's Epoch Times piece he asserts, without evidence, that the coronavirus was created by the Chinese government to "unleash a deadly pandemic on the West to achieve its 'China Dream' of world domination."

5. Experts who have examined the genome sequence of the coronavirus say it is completely inconsistent with a bioweapon. This is a fantasy invented by Mosher.

But that didn't stop his piece from being shared by U.S. Senator @TomCottonAR

1. Facebook made THE DAILY CALLER an official fact-checking partner.

That gives The Daily Caller the ability to label anything posted on Facebook as "false information" and dramatically reduce its distribution.

It's now using that power to boost Trump.

The Daily Caller declared this was "false information." If you try to post the article to Facebook, this is what you see.

But that's not what Trump said

He said: "This is their new hoax"

BREAKING: The CDC has stopped disclosing the number of Americans tested for coronavirus.

On the left is how the website looked last night. On the right is what it looks like now, with the testing info removed.

The lack of testing is a scandal.

This is the coverup.
There is going to be a lot to keep track of in the coming days.

First check to see if they bothered to add any variability whatsoever in the model they are using to supposedly report actual numbers from a complex system.

The mortality rate they want you to report is the - 0 day rate: Today's Confirmed Death total minus Today's Confirmed Case total.

This has not varied outside of 1/10th of 1% in the last 5 prints.

*another law gives farm-workers the right to organize, collect overtime if they work more than 60 hours a week, & get a day off

*a minimum wage law raises pay to $15 an hour for all workers in New York City
*another new law will enable adoptees to obtain a certified birth certificate starting Jan. 15
