What is the argument against having a national primary day when everyone votes on the same day?
I live in Maryland which doesn’t vote in the primary until April 28th which, given this system, makes my vote and the votes of millions of other people increasingly irrelevant.
And to be clear, this isn’t meant as a snarky rhetorical question, I genuinely wanted to know. Based on responses, it sounds like it favors people with money and name recognition, which I get.
