I just got to the polling place at Texas Southern University. There are at least 100 people still waiting to vote. It's 11:15pm. #TXDecides @HoustonPubMedia 
A police officer told me most of the people still waiting to vote got here before 6pm.
The mood is amazingly chill, people are being extremely patient.
