There have been multiple reports that several refugees have been injured, and at least 1 killed, by live fire from Greek security services on the Turkish-Greek border.

These are designed to have a range of 150 meters or so and weigh approximately 280 grams.

Late in 2019 @amnesty identified that extended-range tear gas and flash grenades used against protesters in Iraq have caused horrific injuries and multiple deaths.
We believe it is a possibility that the reported injuries and death at the Greek-Turkish border may be as a result of the use of similar extended-range tear-gas rounds.
