First rejection - 1920s - the one state solution
Balfour / the Mandate was a 1SS.
It failed because Arabs rejected it with violence. There were massacres of Jews in Jersualem, Yafo, Hebron and Tiberias. The Jews were forced to create the Haganah - in order to protect themselves.

In the end the British gave up - and realised the 1SS would never work because Arabs would not stop attacking Jews - the British put forward partition as early as 1937.

The UN went down the partition route too. In 1947 the Palestinians were offered a state.

Between 1949 and 1967 the Palestinians could easily have had their state. All the WB and Gaza were in Arab hands.

In the 1990's - the Oslo Process. The Palestinians could have had their state. Instead - Israeli buses, malls and clubs started exploding as once more peace offers were met with violence. By early 2000s over 1000 Israelis had been murdered

Again rejected. Instead of opting for statehood - the Palestinians once more chose rejectionism, sporadic violence and terrorism - and using social media to open a new front of demonising Israel through lies and distortion.

Since 2008 the Palestinians have split into warring factions. The Israelis have nobody to talk to and there are regular attacks on Israeli civilians. Hamas uses Gaza as a terror base and holds all the Palestinians there as human shields.
No, Israel isn't perfect + hasn't always done the right thing. No state ever can. But the SOLE reason that the Palestinians do not have a state today -
Is because too many of them are more interested in destroying Israel - than having a state of their own.
