337K make under $15 an hour—53% of Idaho’s workforce.
This is the reality in Michigan: 35% of people are poor or low-wealth—3.5 million residents. This includes 48% of children (1 million).

Over 8K people are homeless & 526K people are uninsured.

1.9 million workers make under $15 an hour—46% of Michigan’s workforce.
This is the reality in Mississippi: 48% of people are poor or low-wealth—1.3 million residents. This includes 58% of children (417K).

Over 1K people are homeless & 352K people are uninsured.

587K workers make under $15 an hour—53% of Mississippi’s workforce.
This is the reality in Missouri: 34% of people are poor or low-wealth—2 million residents. This includes 45% of children (623K).

Candidates should make clear how they would address these realities & people should vote based on who they think offers the best response.
