Secretary Azar, asked at the WH's coronavirus briefing when testing will be widely available and no longer rationed due to lack of tests, lies and claims there is a "surplus" of tests currently available.
The press briefing ends without one question about the President's announcement on COVID-19 earlier today that, "It will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away."
Change of course – they're going to allow a few more questions. Maybe someone will ask about why the President is going around telling wild lies about how COVID-19 will just "go away" that are odds with everything else being said by his adminstration.

This press conference doesn't feel like real life.
Last week, I felt some glimmers of hope that, as belated as it was, a response was coming together.

I don't feel that anymore.
Dr. Fauci has the critical role of projecting a sense of competence and leadership that allows the public to maintain the illusion that there's a plan. Without his steady assurances, we might notice that we're about to walk off a cliff.

The Supreme Court of Georgia reversed the dismissal of Joey Watkins's habeas petition.

He'll get to present his claims in court.
That was one of the longest PDF downloads of my life.
Today is a fantastic day for @GaInnocence.

The GA Supreme Court also issued its decision in the case of Johnny Lee Gates, whose conviction was overturned last year on the basis of new DNA evidence; the trial court's decision to grant Gates a new trial was upheld.

There have been lingering questions over how CDC has reported its data and for a time, the agency yanked coronavirus test rate reports off of its website altogether. Yesterday, dir. Redfield vowed that CDC would restore reporting online.

There are currently no restrictions on who can be tested for #coronavirus, and commercial testing is becoming more available.
Healthcare providers may test any patient in whom they suspect #COVID19.

While testing is becoming more available, there are limitations in healthcare providers' capacity to obtain samples and process lab results rapidly.
While there are no restrictions who can get tested, not everybody who feels ill needs to be tested, particularly with mild illness.

If you're sick with fever, cough or shortness of breath and are in a high risk group, call your healthcare provider to discuss #COVID19 testing.
