if any public health departments are interested in letting the public determine if they've potentially been exposed to #COVID19 while both parties and their location history remains anonymous, I built a geotemporal history tool that can run that analysis (with a slight tweak).
It identifies when two entities share a location either contemporaneously or over time range.

If anyone who has pt location history wants to make this work to ease the burden of notifying individuals about any potential intersections with known coronavirus vectors, let me know.
Small tweaks would allow it either to track networks of potential patient contacts and cascading contacts w/varying degrees of separation from one-off uploaded user data, or w/bulk datasets from mobile apps or cell providers.
( I built this thing for other purposes, but can easily see its utility in this use case, so just thought I'd throw it out there if there are public health departments that don't already have access to tools that do this ).
And if there are any funding entities who would like to see this go live as a service for epidemiology, OSINT research or other non-evil uses, let me know.

It's a cool project, just requires a few more days of work based on use case to make usable (and some $ for db/dynos).
