I know most people are understandably worried but do not underestimate the power of high quality self management.

Here is an article with lots of graphs. Even though it was published today you will see some of the data has already been overtaken by events (eg in Italy) yesterday, Italy (10k+) having overtaken S Korea (7.7k+) in prevalence as well as mortality (6.2% v 0.77%)

A cautionary note about Iran data given the amount of evidence that the country is not being transparent about the number of cases, (& limited testing) under reporting of COVID deaths with criminal prosecution of those that speak out.

I prefer to keep a clear head.

I prefer to contain myself - because that is something over which I have control. I see my neighbours are doing so too. Keeping inside. Maintaining hygene.

I know what I can do and I will do it and keep trying to encourage others to do it.

Just seen this on Bahrain evacuating 165 citizens from Iran.

That is about 47% testing #CV19 positive.

That gives you some idea of the scale of the problem in Iran..the Unknowns, untested or deliberately hidden or ignored.
