2. The number of test kits available isn't the problem. It was a distribution issue caused by the public sector.

Government does not and cannot handle mass testing. The issue was that private companies didn't have supply lines to public health agencies.

3. Yesterday, Administrator @SeemaCMS held a conference call w/ THOUSANDS of these private testing companies.

Now they claim to have largely addressed the problem. Dr. Fauci just reiterated this in great detail.

We'll find out moving forward.

Testing is not the "key" to stemming infections. They're coming like it or not. The action plans — hygiene, social distancing, closures, etc. — are the "key."
