In tough weeks, that’s harder.
People naturally have a harder time finding the rays of light when life is dark.
That’s the whole point though.
Finding light on a sunny day is a celebration; finding it in the rain is salvation.

I’ve been through an unsmall amount of shit and one of the things I’ve learned - which has always helped me through - is that there is always SOME sunlight.
And it is important to find it. Even when you least feel like it.
