Don’t take my advice - Dnt listen to any consultant- listen only to your customer - talk only to your customer - that’s enough to understand what is needed to grow your practice. Having constant touch with customers is the sure way to grow any kind of business
When you talk to customers , you have very steep learning curve. You instantly know how market is changing and consequently how clients needs are changing. You can take first hand feedback about your product or services and also about your team members.
When you keep in touch with your customers they feel strong support and feel that you care about them and you are listening to their suggestions and issues.
Feedback taken directly from clients is fast and real and doing faster changes in product and services is possible. Changes can be better prioritised. You are confident that you are working on right things.
You know your competition better as you take feedback from clients why they are shifting to your competition. You can know exactly where do you stand and what you lack and what is needed to compete better in market.
Not listening to clients and keeping a distance from clients is a sure way to go out of market quickly. Clients are your best advisors. Listen to them constantly and have some kind of system for it. It should be regular and systematic activity.
