Dear Danes & Swedes, I am watching Broen on @hulu. The characters put on their winter jackets with a raised twirling motion, almost like a Spanish matador's cape in front of a charging bull. I have lived my entire life in warm regions of #USA, but the Scandinavian style as
potrayed in this TV series is new to me. Can anybody confirm there is a unique style there to putting on winter coats? I assume they are experts since they have so much cold weather. @KimBodniaDK @hrproduktion @HelinSofia

Watching #documentary "The Panama Papers," is on @hulu. Several important takeaways:

1. Governments around the world lose tremendous amounts of revenue rich people should be paying in taxes.

Those same rich people are influencing laws & regulatory agencies to make tax evasion easier.

Needless to say, the poor can't use the same methods to avoid paying taxes.
2. Global investigative journalism is beyond the capacity of commercial & national news organizations, assuming their directors are even willing to challenge oligarchs who often control those organizations.

In 24 hours, 33 new confirmed cases of #COVID19 #coronavirus in #Georgia. While this situation was developing, my representative in the State House of Representatives, Mark Newton (GA-123), was sponsoring a bill to put providers in jail for helping with gender transitions.

Let me preface this by saying I have no medical training or special knowledge. I urge those who can to correct anything I get wrong here.

My main concern is that it remains difficult to get #COVID19 testing. People who are reluctant to take other #publichealth measures such as
social isolation frequently say things like "There are no confirmed cases in our area." IMO, that's true because too few people have been tested. So let's examine the document.

Hulu is raising prices because it has a wholesale transfer pricing problem. If Hulu gross margins are zero or even negative, as some people report, then that's technically referred to in the finance literature as "messed up." Even if gross margins are in the teens that's "awful."
Rich Barton said Netflix knew that to be in the oil business it had to learn to drill its own wells.

Hulu brings to mind a restauranteur who sells hamburgers for fifty cents, which was less than cost, reying to an inquirer about negative margins, “I’ll make it up on volume.”

The rally is held annually on the Sunday falling closest to Nov. 20, the date Franco died in 1975. The general ruled Spain for 36 years after leading a military uprising that started the Spanish Civil War. #Spain
