@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR Think of it as an intellectual exercise, decide what the actual false flag scenario is (ie was gas used or not, were the victims killed in the building or else where etc), then look at all the information about the attack and figure out what they'd need to fake.

Or was it faked to make it look like it was frost, something that's very difficult to do, and if they went to that trouble why did they only have one person film it for a couple of frames

@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR So lets then assume the cylinder was filled with chlorine gas, which is something a lot of the people promoting the false flag scenario deny, claiming the bodies were placed there and the whole scene faked, so now a bunch of these scenarios don't fit with the available evidence
@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR Of course, those promoting the false flag scenarios never bother with this depth of analysis because ultimately they only care about the appearance of it being a false flag because of their own political biases, not an analysis of the available evidence for their conclusions.
@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR This is why at Bellingcat we take a holistic approach to the evidence, considering everything we can, and understand there's going to be some gaps and apparent contradictions, but that doesn't mean the whole thing is a conspiracy if something seems odd.
@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR It's exactly the same with MH17, those denying MH17 was shot down with Russia hyper focus on one piece of "evidence" or claim, ignoring everything else, and once that is debunked they just move onto the next thing, until that's debunked, and so on.
@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR They also rely on "qui bono?" type analysis that's heavily influenced by their own pre-existing political and social biases, and use that to ignore evidence, and they also dismiss anything that clearly contradicts them as fakes and propaganda.
@zulkey8 @ProudEUCitizen @BBCSteveR If one day the people promoting the false flag theories about MH17 or Douma can come up with a scenario that explains all the evidence then I might find their arguments more convincing, but that's literally never happened.
