The society today has normalized people 35+ years to be

+ Fat and obese

+Slow

If you look around, people 35+ years are living a sedentary lifestyle and eating unclean because that is what society made us believe.

Yet, if you are 35+ years,

You need to be fit and active because

+ You have a family that looks up to you.

+ You have a job that needs your maximum attention.

You can't meet these expectations if you are fat and unfit.

Being 35+ years is a direct predisposition to

+ Obesity

+ Mental Illness

However, you need mental soberness because there is so much clutter and noise around you.

I therefore prescribe for you OMAD.

1) Metabolism

Being 35+ years slows your metabolic rate.

Your body recedes into sluggish metabolism as ageing begins setting in.
