Coming out of the History Let me tell about the present story of the place. This Temple is situated at the top of Hill, no direct road/path. One has to walk about 6-8 Km through life threatening path. No electricity, no water no shops, Nothing. Only one has to climb the hill.
At the top of the Hill where Temple is situated, there is one more wonder Besides the Idol of the Deity. Yes,This is the Lake, which is as per information is the Treasure of Jweals, Gold, silver, money. you can see what Newspapers says abt it. But no one can take that. @sd1733
I also visited there, and was shocked when I saw the golden view of the lake. People offer their Shradhha directly in the Lake. I know My brother had no child, he took Mannat (Vow) If he blessed with child, He'll visit there with Jaatra (With large number of people nd offerings).

The temple opens in the month of July and A fair held. Thousands of people visit there. They choose to stay there for a night in bone chilling cold, with minimum facilities. I saw with my eyes, women of 80 plus age reached there without any difficulty with the blessings of Deva.
