Podcasts and mindful colouring / daily doodle books are a great way to put in half an hour! You can find loads of free PDFs online if you have access to a printer - or you can buy these books from your local indie bookseller for home delivery

Can grandparents help out remotely? Some will be feeling lonely and worried right now! They might like to be asked to read a story on Skype or facetime in for music practice or listen to the same podcast and compare notes. Rope them in!
If your kids normally like to go swimming, now the leisure centres are closed my sons' swim club have shared this Yoga for Swimming link, normally paid content but free until the end of May

And choose your own adventure books for when they get bored of "just reading" but you don't want them "just watching tv" 🤭 and you don't have the time to do hours of crafting/baking/gardening every day

Remember just as we are all anxious & getting through by sharing memes and using video chat, your kids need to stay connected with their friends too! If there is a parent WhatsApp group suggest setting up some time of virtual hang out or let them add each other on Fortnite
