A question about self isolation, and dealing with #CoronaVirus #COVIDー19 risk

In my neighbourhood in Berlin - coordinated via the local website Nebenan - there are more offers to help those who may need assistance (shopping done for them, dog walking etc.) than there is need
In other parts of Berlin (areas with more elderly people than this corner of Kreuzberg) it could well be the reverse - more people (and indeed vulnerable groups) that need assistance than there is help
But does it make sense for each of us who is - for now - healthy to go and assist there? Were one of us to actually be infected (and the more of us volunteering, the more likely that is) we're spreading the virus far and wide? And getting every volunteer checked isn't viable
Would it not make sense instead to focus (some?) of our efforts? There are 40 flats in my building - mostly families, but some higher risk elderly people too. If 2 or 3 of us did *all* the shopping for the whole building for example, and built a system to do that? To stop spread
