So a friend (ahem* @biglifejane *ahem) just asked me "where can we direct good energy?" Strikes me as a question for all of us. So here's some positive thoughts for all of us:
Lots of us are trapped inside and a bit bored now. But lots of people are in need. How do we take all the goodness and love in us and turn it into something positive in this moment?
Who's the person you know who's lonely who needs a phone call? Call 'em! You've got the free time.
What's the art project you've been yearning to do that could spread some beauty into the world that you've been putting off? The song. The poem. The painting. Get going! The world is waiting to see what your muse is yearning to deliver.
Who's the needy person in this world who could use your help? A cash donation. A food basket. A bit of your wisdom. Now's the time to share if you can.
We're going to be hunkered down for a long time. But we will emerge, and when we do, let's deliver something to the universe that leaves it a bit better than we found it. Get going, people! And let me know what you turn up. Much love - Sean
