1/ To explain this semi-complex outbound workflow, I'll tell you EXACTLY what we're did to build this system.

Before we began the campaign, we sourced our lead list through seamless.ai

YES, the cat is out of the bag on this one.

2/ Seamless.AI allows you to build effective lead lists through their searchable database.

It mimics Sales Nav in a way, but gives you easier filters to work with and less searches needed in my opinion.

You can source decision-makers just like you would in Sales Nav
3/ Now that we've discovered our IDEAL prospects that we want to reach out to

It's now time to integrate these into our LinkedIn connection campaign.

What we did was export the list that we created in Seamless into a CSV and segmented out the LinkedIn profile column only.
4/ What we did next was launch a LinkedIn campaign to a list of suppliers in different niches that we sourced through Seamless.

We're keeping the LinkedIn outreach minimal on this one, only to build rapport with the prospect.

We're basically just thanking them for connecting.
5/ The next step we took was to send all of the new connection requests over to our Pipedrive CRM

If you're not familiar with Pipedrive or a CRM in general, get used to it - it's our primary lead database.

What did we do in Pipedrive to make the workflow actually work properly?
6/ In Pipedrive, we created custom fields for the data we were gathering from LinkedIn.

Such as:

• Email
• Phone
• Website
• LinkedIn Profile
• And so on...

So when new LinkedIn connections come in, they all get placed in recognizable filters.
7/ Once we created the custom fields, we created these filters for easy access in chance of doing outreach in multiple supplier niches.

After they're imported into Pipedrive, it creates an automatic trigger that makes something else happen in Zapier.

Now it's time to run PATHS.
8/ The next step we took was to create the paths in Zapier.

Each path comes with rules to move forward to the next step in Zapier.

So what we did was made the campaign list from Seamless match up to the niche we were connecting with so our leads stay as organized as possible.
9/ Next steps were to set delays on the segmentation of outreach through LinkedIn + Email

How?

We created a 1 Day Delay in Zapier before sending anything to these prospects through email.
10/ After the 1 Day Delay, to ensure none of our emails are bouncing and we stay in the clear for high deliverability,

We had ALL emails obtained through LinkedIn ran through NeverBounce (neverbounce.com) automatically.

Don't know what NeverBounce is?
11/ NeverBounce verifies and cleans your email lists.

Simple enough?

Most people don't follow this step enough as they should

Deliverability is a whole other monster, so I'll be writing on that soon as well.
12/ Now that we've cleaned the email obtained from the prospect on LinkedIn (just in case it doesn't exist anymore)

We then only push the next step in Zapier if the email results come out marked as VALID.

We don't want our emails to bounce or end up in any blacklists.
13/ The last step is to add these new leads into a cold outreach software such as Lemlist (lemlist.com)

Lemlist is a great tool, just as much as Mailshake.

There's many out there, all depends on what you're looking to use it for and the purpose.
14/ And we do this automatically in the step after the email has been verified through NeverBounce.

We filled in all of the custom fields necessary in Lemlist through Zapier because we want our 1st email to be as personalized as possible.

I'll get into this in a second.
15/ Once you've mapped out what needs to be automated through Zapier, it's now time to launch this extremely effective email outreach campaign.

Why's it so effective?
16/ Our prospects have ALREADY connected with us, so it's no longer a "cold" email.

Think about new LinkedIn connections like an opt-in newsletter recipient.

They've already:

• Visited our profile funnel
• Received an invitation to connect
• Received a follow up on LinkedIn
17/ At this point, we've given our new prospects some space to breathe until placed into our Lemlist email sequence

Because of the volume we can obtain through LinkedIn, those email addresses will start to build up

But the cool thing about Lemlist is that it's ongoing campaigns
18/ So once Zapier detects that a new connection has been made and the email has been verified

It then sends it to this ongoing campaign that never ends.

I like to make the 1st email as personalized and spun as I possibly can for max deliverability.

Here's what it looks like:
19/ Below, you'll find a completely spun email and what the spun email looks like when done properly.

The reason behind doing this is that email servers like Gmail can notice if the email contains similar copy than the last contact's email.

So it's best to spin + dynamic tags
20/ Now, it's all uphill from here...

We now have an ongoing LinkedIn > Email outreach sequence without coming off as a salesperson.

Next steps to take are crafting educational emails and LinkedIn touch-points that also resonate with their business.
21/ I like to start with an outline of what we're looking to accomplish in each email we send in the sequence.

You can simply cook up something in Google Docs like shown in the screenshot.

This helps me keep my ADHD as focused as possible when writing out emails.
22/ What you'll get is EXTREMELY HOT 🔥 leads that are coming directly through LinkedIn + Email

Now that you've educated your prospects through:

• Your Funnel
• Lead Magnets
• Probing Questions
• Irresistible Offers

They're now much more likely to make a buying decision.
23/ Once your email is in good health, which is usually quick due to the initial LinkedIn connection

You can then segment your lists even deeper in terms of the niche, offering, etc.

The main goal is to always get the prospect on a call, just takes what we call lead NURTURING.
24/ What's next?

Once you get the prospect on the phone, they're MUCH easier to close than a typical cold email or cold call.

Believe me, it works...

Now obviously, there's many more pieces that I'm hiding but I thought this would be valuable for you guys!
25/ THIS is how you approach closing HIGH-TICKET deals.

Nobody wants to pull out their wallet off of one cold outreach message.

Trust me, you're wasting your time.

Like I said, you're better off blasting affiliate offers if that's your primary goal.
