Also, I could be reading it wrong, but it looks to me like this bill extends authorization for abstinence only education programs, or 'sexual risk avoidance education.' Now is not the time for culture warring. Schools are closed!

There's a provision in here that gives *unlimited* bailout authority to the FDIC. Congress will be handing over its authority to spend money to the Secretary of the Treasury. It's not a relief package, it's a Constitutional coup.
