... you need to observe that the improvement disappears once you've taken the change away i.e. it's not just simply the act of change which makes any improvement.
It's one of the bugbears I had with a number of culture reports i.e. make this change and performance improves 10% based on these experiments ... but did they test to see that performance disappeared if the change was taken away? .... gronda, gronda.
