We have ZERO idea how many cases there actually are in the wild, nor do we have any idea how many cases have resolved.
10 Million tests were available, I can't even find how many tests have been RUN, let alone the proportion of positive:negative results.

There very may well be 27 Million tests available through the end of the month.
But we're not going to know what the outcome from most of those tests are.

Fortunately, the Bay Area is smart enough to mandate all testing be made public.
