I'll give it two weeks or so before people start really resisting these lockdowns. It will be peaceful, the government will use force to enforce, the resisting will become less peaceful, the government will use more force, the resisting will become not peaceful.
We are already starting to see this pattern emerge in the places that have been in lockdown the longest. In a very short period of time these governors will have to decide if they want the resistance or the lock down because right now it's all fuzzy teddy bears.
Trump understands this. The democrats/media do too, I think. He knows he is on a deadline before it spins out of control. It's interesting to watch how Trump is moving at warp speed to end this ASAP while the dems are happy to let it drag out for months.
