Liu Dian Bo is the owner of the Chinese pharmaceutical giant Luye Pharma, which bought and now owns a ton of biotech companies throughout Asia and Australia.

The timing is interesting, to say the least. Luye doesn't really need any money to keep the Healthe Care hospitals in Australia running, but they're using the coronavirus outbreak to force the Aussie government to subsidize them.
Just to be clear, Healthe Care is made up of 34 private hospitals. It's not just one hospital. Liu Dian Bo bought the whole lot.
