1. Testing: Telangana positive rate is highest in the country. We know that. Why?
A. No allowance to private labs for testing
B. No testing data availability to the public for 15 odd days.
C. Violation of @ICMRDELHI & HC directives.
D. Lowering testing when cases increase.

2. Tracing:
A. No test=No case=No contact=No trace. Clever way for the Govt. to show less cases. Unfortunate for the public.
B. Unpreparedness to trace contacts when there's huge spike in cases at recent time.
C. The state was only prepared to trace contacts of 200 cases/d.
