1. Because of his greater than normal need for stimulation and impulsivity, disruptions to our government’s legal, financial, and administrative functions will accumulate.

2. In the exercise of his duties — at every choice point — power and dominance will prevail over others’ welfare. #DutyToInform

3. Because of his inability to process emotions related to danger, the government will be lax in response to threat situations such as #COVID19.

4. Because he is undaunted by fear of punishment, norms of trust and decency will continue to erode. #DutyToWarn

5. His callous and remorseless disregard for others’ feelings means that vulnerable populations will remain at significant risk. #Bullying #HateCrimes #SocialJustice #COVIDー19

6. In a time of crisis and suffering, the President is expected to convey empathy to the people. Trump is so bereft in this capacity that he can’t even use his Reality TV skills to simulate a message of decency or compassion. #DecencyMatters

7. His neglectful approach to governance, coupled with his inability to take responsibility for the harm he may have created, appears to have led him to appoint to his cabinet mostly feckless and corrupt plutocrats, who now undermine Departments they were appointed to administer.

8. His traits have infected the body politic. To a shocking degree, cruel, nihilism and deceit have become normalized in our civil society and political class. #TrumpLies #Corruption #Thugocracy

9. He has effectively exploited grievances in others in order to make it easy to ignore his falsehoods. #Racism #Tribalism

10. He has weakened our institutions by politicizing information from heretofore respected scientists and public health officials. #TruthMatters #FactsMatter #ScienceMatters

11. Instead of uniting the country, Trump has been a master polarizer. No one can torment Blue America better.
