The commitment was to have 40 million #COVID19 #vaccines doses - enough to vaccinate 20 million people -"distributed" by the end of 2020, not "available" as Azar is #gaslighting today & Slaoui/Perna tried to do same at last week's #WarpSpeed briefing. Azar failed on delivery.
And recall it was Alex Azar who pushed back against more funding for states/territories, insisting $200M was enough. Azar was also slow in distributing the congressionally mandated #CaresAct funds to states/territories.

And someone, maybe @SteveFDA, needs to remind Alex Azar, the secretary of Health and Human Services, that $PFE & $MRNA #COVID19 #vaccines weren't "approved" by #FDA. They were authorized for emergency use.
