Serious challenges continue to lie ahead, and @planetGOLD_org is expanding to an additional 8 countries i #LatinAmerica & #Africa

Good to see emphasis on #GenderEquity, though disappointed discursive emphasis still frames women miners as operating from position of #vulnerability. More #assetbased approaches needed. Also need to stop the practice of bundling "women&children" for more accurate view of agency.
