The lesson was ignored.

5/. Putting #DidoHarding in charge of Track & Trace, @MattHancock explained he “can’t think of anyone better than Dido”

As the system failed, Harding said:
“I don’t think anybody was expecting to see the really sizeable increase in demand that we’ve seen”

But we had. Literally!
