We keep on saying “It’s not rocket science”…because it really isn’t! A #VaccinesOnly approach is simply not enough, it never was. We need MULTILAYERED mitigations, a #vaccinesPLUS strategy.

We know case numbers in schoolchildren including the <11s are very high, a child in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 is dying every week from #COVID.

We know 1000s of children have #LongCovid, along with countless educational staff.

Many 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿children have sadly lost a parent or close relative.

Some children are CV/CEV or have a family member who is so.
Some adults are simply unable to be vaccinated.

What protection is there for children/parents/staff who’re more vulnerable as we spend increasing amounts of time indoors & Christmas festivities begin?

The joy of hearing that 12-15yr olds will be offered a 2nd vaccine was palpable but tempered by further delays to a decision on vaccines for 5-12yr olds.

Our youngest schoolchildren are being sacrificed on an alter made by #UsforThemUK, @hartgroup_org & the #CRG!
