#Cyprus has long been one of the favoured places for doing one's laundry if you're Russian. "Golden visas" were easier to get here (+ Malta) than anywhere else in EU.

A modern, affluent, commuter town reduced to rubble. This could be any town in Europe. It could be your town next. I'm serious. We are all Ukraine now.
2/2 However, it seems suspect to me. 1) I'm not an expert but are the accents really Ukrainian? 2) Why a guy in non uniform? 3) why only one ID ribbon on "Ukrainian" soldiers? @AricToler@EliotHiggins
Anyone else help?

Details expected tomorrow.
I cannot verify when this video was taken but I do believe it to be Borodianka/Borodyanka
#Russia - another lamentable lie is disproved in minutes
The pathetic excuses to deny war crimes and mass murder of civilians have come thick and fast. "We left Bucha by 30 March and not one civilian was harmed by then."
They could be Russian missiles being taken out by air defences rather than landing.
⚡️Breaking⚡️ #Mariupol'
Reported by Russian sources that 264 Ukrainian Marines have surrendered.
They are reputedly from the 501st battalion of the Marine Corps.

All the news, and a few views of mine, in this thread⬇️
1/2 A few people write saying #Ukraine should compromise or #Ukraine should give up on NATO or Crimea or Donbas etc.
Let me remind you #Ukraine is neutral. It never invaded any country. It was never at war until Russia invaded (twice).
Any compromise is rewarding the aggressor
2/2 It's an old tactic.
Bully. Wage war. Demand unattainable amounts.
Appear to lower your demands and you've compromised! Is everyone stupid?
Please also remember Putin is a compulsive liar. He broke written agreements over Ukraine, he promised not to invade. Do not trust him!
