Peace plan with Ukraine's accession to EU, neutrality without joining NATO, & #Donbas & Crimea agreement is now too late. #Russia now opposes EU membership of #Ukraine & plans to annex more territory. NATO is in proxy war with Russia. Ukraine intends to win war but it's unlikely.
